In-house moulding
Uppers and outsoles are moulded on site, with racked curing lines running multiple styles and colourways at once.
Colour as a component
Upper and outsole are moulded as separate colour components, so a buyer's colourway is a material change, not a new product.
Full size runs
Sizes are moulded individually and produced as a graded set, so a style ships as a complete size run.
Marked at the mould
Size and origin are moulded directly into the outsole — and the same tooling carries a partner's own marks for private-label production.
